Emilie Schulze is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Emilie earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies and Master of Social Work degree from The University of Alabama. Emilie is currently working toward earning her certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International.

Emilie has worked in a variety of settings, includinghome-based and intensive outpatient care services. Emilie has experience working with individuals who are facing a range of difficulties. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, codependency, interpersonal relationship conflict, substance use disorders, family dysfunction, and pregnancy/postpartum related stressors.

Emilie individualizes her treatment approach with each client, utilizing cognitive, trauma focused, and person-centered techniques. Emilie takes a collaborative and strengths-based approach to treatment, working as a team with her clients to achieve each individual’s goals and fulfill their potential. Emilie believes in the power of developing skills for an optimal future.
